We’re looking for four students to help promote and raise awareness of CareersBU services, events, and opportunities next academic year.
Careers Champions will be paid £14.45 per hour and should expect to work 12 hours a week between February and June 2025.
Careers Champion - Content Creator
We are seeking two students to work for us as Careers Champions in a content creating role. With training, you will be creating social media and/or video and photo content to help us promote the service to students. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and professional experience in the communications/marketing/media field.

Careers Champion - Front Desk
We are seeking two current BU students to work for us as Careers Champions in a front desk role. With training, you will be answering enquiries from students at one of our front desk campus locations and signposting to resources/events/services as appropriate. This is a great opportunity to develop your confidence and people skills – attributes desired by all employers!

CareersBU is a free service available to all BU students at all levels of study and offers free careers support to BU alumni for life. CareersBU support people to find successful and fulfilling careers and offer one-on-one advice sessions, webinars and jobs fairs, engagement with employers, and deliver the Graduate Skills Programme and associated Graduate Skills+ Award.
