BU will offer courses in Vietnam as part of new partnership agreement with British University Vietnam (BUV).
BU undergraduate degrees in Tourism Management and Events Management will be delivered at BUV from September 2025. Graduates will receive a BU degree upon completion of the course.
The transnational education (TNE) agreement is a first for BU, with up to 40 students on each course from the 2025/26 academic year, taught on BUV’s campus just outside of Ha Noi.
A partnership agreement between BU and BUV will look for opportunities for future collaboration and growing the BU brand in Southeast Asia.
Professor Alison Honour, Vice-Chancellor of Bournemouth University, said, “We are a university with a vibrant international community of students and staff, and I am delighted that we are partnering with BUV to offer programmes in Vietnam and expanding our BU global presence.”

Our new partnership with Bournemouth University represents a pivotal advancement in our ongoing mission to bring the highest calibre of UK education to Vietnam. We look forward to welcoming students to these innovative programmes and seeing them become successful in the tourism and events management sectors."
