Due to a UCAS embargo there will be reduced functionality on your myHub homepage until mid-August.
From 6pm on Monday 29 July until 9am on Tuesday 6 August, and from 2pm on Friday 9 August until 8am on Thursday 15 August, UCAS have imposed a strict embargo period that regulates our communications with applicants.
For this reason, we need to restrict functionality of some sections of our student records system - this also allows us to complete our annual maintenance of our student records system ahead of the new academic year.
As a result there will be reduced functionality on your myHub homepage, and the following sections will be disabled during the embargo period:
- Messages
- Additional Learning Support (including registering with ALS)
- My documents
- Applications
- Course details
- Registration
- Enrolments.
Exam results and timetables will still be fully accessible.
You may find that your usual access to your myHub portal is temporarily disrupted while we make these changes. If you experience any on-going technical issues please contact IT Services, and for any questions relating to services you cannot access during this time, please contact AskBU.
