With the current cold weather, please take extra care when travelling to and from the university and while on campus.
We will endeavour to keep the university campuses open for business whatever the weather, but please do be mindful of the adverse conditions.
In the event of disruption, please check for travel updates local to your area - often found through local media outlets - before leaving home and always follow local police travel advice.
Please note that we will only issue communications if one or both campuses are closed and the university's campuses remain open unless specifically stated otherwise.
Any arrangements for 91 Preston Road in Yeovil and Lakeside North Harbour in Portsmouth will be communicated separately.
We will post updates on X, Facebook, the BU website, the staff intranet, and by email to all staff and students. You can also check the BU information line - 01202 968999 - for recorded updates. Please check at least one of these communications before setting off in the event of adverse weather.
