Throughout the year, there are lots of ways that we celebrate and mark the diversity of our community.
Alongside some of the national and global awareness days and months, such as LGBT+ History Month and Disability History Month, we also run events and activites relating to other aspects of life at BU. These include our annual Climate Action Week, along with reasons to celebrate, such as Graduation and Alumni of the Year Awards. We also highlight a range of other significant events such as cultural heritage months to religious observances and global awareness days.
To bring all of these important dates together, and to raise awareness of how we're supporting our BU community for many of these events, we've created an equality, diversity and inclusion calendar, which can be found on the BU website.
We encourage you to explore the events included in the calendar and participate in activities and discussions related to these celebrations. While there are a large number of events taking place throughout the year, the ones that we will be celebrating or supporting are highlighted in the calendar.
