This year, World Wellbeing Week takes place between Monday 24 and Friday 30 June.
The Doctoral College are offering free activities for postgraduate researchers. Look after your mental, physical, and social wellbeing by taking part in the activities on offer:
Monday 24 June, 4-5pm – Mindfulness & Herbal Tea Session
Tuesday 25 June, 6-7pm – Badminton
Wednesday 26 June, 12 – 1pm – Online session on Wellbeing
Wednesday 26 June, 5-6pm - Table Tennis
Thursday 27 June, 1-2pm – Wellbeing & Nutrition Session
Friday 28 June, 12-1pm – Wellness Walk at Slades Park (dogs welcome)
