Lunchtime yoga classes from 12:15pm to 1pm are now running in Bournemouth Gateway Building, Lansdowne Campus, on Thursdays for BU students and staff.
Yoga can help:

- Improve mobility and flexibility
- Better sleep
- Boost creativity and concentration
- Cultivate calm and ease
Beginners are welcome to attend. Please bring a yoga mat. You will also need your BU ID card to access BGB.
The first class is free. A block of four session costs £32 or you can pay as you go for £10 a session.
