Undergraduates studying the Brands and Branding unit on the BA (Hons) Marketing Communications framework have the opportunity to enter a competition to win one of the BID’s £25 gift cards and be selected by BID to feature their work.
As part of the assignment, students have to produce a 300-word brand critique of one of the coffee businesses taking part and shown on the BID’s coffee culture map.
Lecturer Dr Jill Nash said: "It's great to get the students involved with embedding their academic work in something that is a really important part of the local economy. It's an excellent project."
