Our Student Services departments include many of the teams you interact with on a daily basis - tell them how they've helped you and share your ideas for improvements.
From the support services such as the AskBU teams; including Immigration Advice and Student Money Advice, plus Additional Learning Support, Careers & Employability, Residential Services, Student Support & Engagement and Student Wellbeing. To extracurricular activities including, Art at BU, SportBU, and University Music.
We run Feedback Fortnight during Speak Week to encourage you to share your feedback about the support offered by each service, as well as any suggestions you may have for improvements. You can do this by:
- using SimOn
- contacting AskBU or taking this AskBU survey
- contacting SUBU Advice
- letting us know what sports facilities you'd like to see at Lansdowne by filling out this SportBU survey
- sharing your feedback directly with a staff member when you’re using the service
- contacting BU on social media or by emailing the individual departments.
The relevant department will respond directly to you, and we’ll also update you on any changes - or planned changes - made as a result of your feedback via BU student news and social media channels later in the year.
