We continually work hard to improve your experience with us. To make sure we are going in the right direction, we have asked an independent research agency, i-graduate, to gather feedback on your university experience, from an international student's perspective. This is your opportunity to tell us what’s working well, what could be improved, and what you think of your BU experience so far.
Results from previous years have shown that we have made improvements in student satisfaction on areas such as course content, language support, work experience, learning facilities and study spaces. In recent years, we've also seen increased student satisfaction with financial support, accommodation cost and quality, transport links to campus, as well as the provision of social and sport facilities and opportunities to meet other students and key contacts.
Now we really want to know what you think about all of these things, and more!
If you're eligible to complete the survey, we will have sent you an email with a link so you can go online. The survey will take 15 minutes to complete and the results will help to improve your studies and your social life for the rest of your time at BU.
As a thank-you, i-graduate is offering the opportunity to win a £1,000 cash prize, or suggest a £1,000 donation to charity, if you complete the survey before the deadline - please note the survey has been extended to Monday 31 December.
