The debut Bournemouth Student Pride is happening on Tuesday 23 February bringing together the Student Union's from BU, AUB and Bournemouth & Poole College.
There will be entertainment from Ms. Lucinda Lashes, the South’s most outrageous drag act, plus stalls and music inside and outside the Student Centre on Talbot Campus.
Student Wellbeing are hosting a confidential drop-in session at Talbot House between 11:00am - 12:00pm, where you can find out what help and support you can get with any issues or confusion you may have around your gender or sexuality.
Join us at 12:30pm in the AUB Courtyard to march over to Talbot Campus and wave our flags of pride.
The afternoon continues with an array of local LGBT friendly organisations coming to campus and celebrating with us including; photographers, props, food, dancing and face painting.
In the evening we’re taking over The Old Fire Station from 10:00pm for the after-party - you can buy tickets online or in the student shop.
Show your support for the LGBT community, whether it be at the parade, the stalls or at The Old Fire Station.
