It's that simple. Cook a meal for five people that costs no more than £5.
Then take a photo of your meal, post it on Instagram including your shopping list making sure you tag @bournemouthuni and use #nsmw16. The competition has now been extended for another week so you have until 12:00pm on Monday 22 February to get your entries in. Once the competition has closed we'll pick a winner and runner up.
1st prize is £100 Tesco voucher and the runner up prizes include things like reuseable mugs and lunch boxes.

*Feed five for £5: Entries will be judged by BU staff and SUBU representatives. The dishes will be scored on presentation, inventive use of low cost ingredients and value for money. The closing date is Monday 22 February and entries will be judged on Tuesday 23 February. The winning team will be notified as soon as possible afterwards via Instagram. You will need to show your Instagram message to AskBU in order to redeem your prize.
