We are very excited to be partnering with the mental health charity Mind and announce the arrival of Emoodji, a new app to help students cope with the highs and lows of university life.
BU is one of only two universities that have been selected to pilot this app before it is launched across the UK in February 2016.
The app is designed to allow you to quickly and easily share how you’re feeling by taking a selfie or a photo and attaching an emoji that represents your mood. This can then be shared with your chosen friends or kept private. Emoodji tracks how you’ve been doing recently and feeds back lots of helpful tips on how to stay mentally healthy at university.
Emoodji is free and fun so why not download it, try it out and let us know you think - details of how to give feedback will be communicated soon.
Your phone may send you an error message but as this is the beta version of the app, this is normal – don’t worry, the app is completely safe. If you have problems, or need some help downloading the app, take a look at the step-by-step instructions.
Emoodji has been created by Mind, the mental health charity. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
And remember our Student Wellbeing service are always around on campus during term time if you're looking for advice and guidance.
