Value ensuite
Available to undergraduate students
All ensuites are single occupancy and come with a single bed, study desk, desk chair, storage and your very own ensuite bathrooom and shower. All ensuite rooms are within a shared cluster flat of between 5 to 7 bedrooms. All flats have fully fitted kitchens and dining spaces to eat, relax and socialise.
Value ensuite rooms may vary in size, shape and layout but are approx 9.42 square metres.
Standard ensuite
Available to undergraduate students
Standard rooms are the same specification as value ensuites but will be slightly larger.
Standard ensuite rooms may vary in size, shape and layout but are between 10.56 square metres and 12.76 square metres.
Premium ensuite
Available to undergraduate students
The same as a standard ensuite but with the added benefits of a 3/4 double bed, more storage space and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Premiums are also larger in size.
Premium ensuite rooms vary in size, shape and layout but are approximately 14.52 square metres.
Studio flats
Reserved for postgraduate students
All studio flats come with a 3/4 double bed, study desk, desk chair, storage, your very own ensuite bathrooom and shower, and a fitted kitchen area with everything you require for self-catering.
