Having made a great impression during a placement with the Ranger Team at Hengistbury Head in Dorset, Mollie was offered immediate employment.
Her work has since included creating and delivering a regional conference looking at inclusion within the conservation sector, as well as developing a nature-focused bereavement group which has been cited as innovative and ground-breaking by those working in the field.
Her work has been entirely funded by external grants, which she has been successful in securing.
