The Department of Media Production Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity Committee (DEDIC) is the departmental body responsible for monitoring, advising and, where so delegated, acting on the equality, diversity and inclusivity work of the Media Department.
DEDIC is committed to actively supporting equality and fairness irrespective of race, ethnicity, disability, age, faith, gender identity or sexual orientation and class.
It is working to eradicate any explicit or implicit discrimination of staff and students on the basis of these differences, and to create an environment that is welcoming and inclusive to everyone.
