To devise and implement integrated, holistic marketing campaigns to capture market share and ensure corporate targets are met. Building an innovative brand image, measuring the potential financial performance of our market segment and making investment decisions. Negotiating with distributors to increase sales based on in-depth analysis. Setting up KPI’s for the training and merchandizing team, in order to manage them efficiently.

Analysis of market share. Mapping out main competitors and devising relevant marketing activities as a countermeasure. In-depth analysis of retail audits. Sales forecasting.
