Achieve@BU
The Achieve@BU team will be monitoring the inbox throughout the afternoon. For any urgent student issue, please email [email protected].
ALS appointments
Students with scheduled appointments will receive their normal support. Responses via our centralised inbox will be answered on Thursday 19 December.
AskBU
If you have a query please check our FAQs and the student webpages, where you can also change your password, update your personal details and request a replacement ID card, council tax exemption certificate or student status letter.
CareersBU
The Careers Zone will be open, and you can also access a wide range of webinars, resources and tools online through MyCareerHub.
Faith & Reflection will be open as normal, although there will be no Chaplain on duty.
Halls and Unilet accommodation
If urgent, students should contact their halls reception as normal if they need to report a problem with their accommodation. Students in Unilet or a LettingsBU Fully-managed property should contact Poole House Reception on 01202 965001. For any other enquiries please email [email protected] and the team will respond on their return.
Immigration Advice and Compliance and Student Money Advice
You can also find comprehensive information about renewing your visa and student financial support. If you need to make an appointment with an immigration or financial adviser, please email [email protected].
SportBU will be closed from 1pm.
Student Wellbeing will be open as usual and the drop-in session will be running from 1pm-2pm.
