If you think you might need support during the January exam period, the Additional Learning Support (ALS) team can help. However, you need to register with them through MyHub by 9am on Friday 15 November to ensure any requirements can be put in place.
If you’re an ALS student with previously agreed exam adjustments, you don’t need to do anything. But for information, you can view the details on MyHub.
If you do not yet have agreed adjustments, by 9am on Friday 15 November, you need to have:
- Registered with ALS via MyHub (you must complete and submit your registration)
- Provided evidence of your disability/condition (eg Form 8, which is available from the school or college which you attended).

- Popping into see the team in any of the locations below:
- DLG17, ground floor of the library building, Talbot Campus: Monday – Thursday, 9am – 2pm
- The Hub, PB30c, Poole House, Talbot Campus: 9am – 1pm, 2pm – 4pm (term time only)
- Executive Business Centre (EBC), 5th Floor, Lansdowne Campus: Tuesday – Thursday, 9am – 1pm, 2pm – 4pm (term time only)

ALS cannot guarantee that requests after the deadline date will be processed, so please register as soon as possible.
