The IT Learning Centre has been renamed IT Learning Resources.
Support for both students and staff will remain in place, but we are transitioning to a self-serve approach. You will still have access to all current training and support materials, along with recommendations for additional information but this content will all sit in Brightspace, providing a one-stop shop for both students and staff.
The statistical analysis teaching programme and consultation service for students will continue as part of the Academic Skills Hub. However, support for SharePoint and Office 365 will only be provided via the self-serve Brightspace IT Learning Resources.
These changes will be implemented gradually over the summer. We will keep you updated with details on how and where to access support.
