On Monday 24 July from 6:30am to 9:30am, Desktop.bournemouth.ac.uk (VMware Horizon) will be operating at reduced capacity for all users due to essential maintenance. Access will be available on a first come, first served basis only.
Normal service should be resumed after 9:30am on Monday 24 July. If you do experience a "no desktop resources are available" message, please try again after 9:30am.
This initial work is necessary for the upgrade of Horizon happening on Tuesday 25th July (see below).
Tuesday 25 July, 7am to 2pm
On Tuesday 25 July from 7am to 2pm, Desktop.bournemouth.ac.uk (VMware Horizon) will be unavailable to all users for essential maintenance.
Active users will be disconnected from their Horizon desktop at 7am. To prevent any loss of work, please save your work and log off before 7am on Tuesday 25 July.
If you require access to BU resources you normally utilise via Horizon, please visit Brightspace for more information about other ways of connecting to BU and accessing BU computers and software.
