IT Services support will be delivered with reduced staff numbers on Thursday 6 July due to staff training.
Whilst the team are off-site the following services will be unavailable for both students and staff:
- Onsite support at both Talbot and Lansdowne campuses
- Chat services
How can you contact us?
- The IT Service Desk phone lines will continue to be open although there will be a limited service.
- Calls can still be logged online via the IT Service Desk, but they will not be picked up until the following day - Friday 7 July.
For urgent support, please contact the IT Service Desk in the normal way and this will be escalated accordingly.
