MyHub unavailable: 14 – 17 April 2023
Due to an IT upgrade, the BU students record system, myHub, will be unavailable from 5pm, Friday 14 April, and is expected to be available again on Monday 17 April at approximately 1pm. Although these are the expected dates and times for completion, the system should be considered 'at risk' until Wednesday 19 April, although it is expected to be functioning normally.
To minimise any disruption, the bulk of the work is being undertaken over the weekend Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 April. As a result, myHub, and all associated links, will be unavailable during this time.
This upgrade ensures BU continues to comply with our support agreement and enables us to take advantage of new functionality, address any emerging issues and provide an improved user experience.
Anyone who tries to access myHub during the upgrade will be redirected to a holding page which explains what to do in the event of a query.
