Tie u Orja, is a capacity-building initiative led by researchers at Bournemouth University in collaboration with SLAJ, Limkokwing University, and Save the Children (Sierra Leone). It is funded by the UK's Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF) and contributes to Sierra Leone’s ongoing efforts to improve its disaster resilience—specifically, to strengthen crisis communication, which is a crucial link that interconnects disasters, disaster communities, and disaster management.
