Upon the portal being launched at RBCH, the Making TRACS to Improve Nurse Retention team are now moving forward with their qualitative data collection. They will be interviewing registered nurses (RN) within the Older Person’s Medicine (OPM) directorate to ascertain their views of life as an RN working within OPM at RBCH.
The team are aiming to capture the first person insight to further develop our portal and provide that extra support that may be needed to aid nurse retention within the Trust. The recruitment process is underway and the team are aiming to complete this data collection by mid-November.
