Jeffrey Wale (Lecturer in Law and Member of the Centre for Conflict, Rule of Law & Society) presented a paper on ‘Screening Human Life – The Legal and Ethical Implications of Non-invasive Prenatal Testing’ at the Health: The Design, Planning and Politics of How and Where We Live Conference at UWE Bristol on 25 January 2018.
The conference was organised by the World Health Organisation Collaborating Centre, AMPS (Architecture, Media, Politics and Society) and UWE Bristol and was an interdisciplinary event which looked at the impact of how and where we live on health generally.
This paper builds upon wider research and published outputs on the regulation of prenatal testing and reproductive health care.
