Showcasing Undergraduate Research Excellence at BU (SURE BU)
SURE BU is returning for the second year running and is a great opportunity to celebrate the research work undertaken by our undergraduates and recent graduates. Last year’s conference revealed the depth and breadth of BU’s undergraduate research excellence with submitted projects including the use of EEG to examine neural processing of facial disfigurement and research into the problems faced by people with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
SURE BU is open to all undergraduates and recent BU graduates and is a great way to share your research and gain valuable presentation skills. As well as being a chance to improve your skills, prizes will be available which include a fully-funded Masters at BU for the best overall contributor.
Workshops
Throughout November, staff from BU’s Centre for Excellence in Learning will be running drop-in workshops to share advice or support to help you prepare your SURE BU submission.
