Midwifery practice today requires a broad and varied range of knowledge and skills. It is essential to identify educational strategies that can effectively prepare student midwives for practice, and can enable midwives to develop through their careers. Many midwife educators are increasingly using new pedagogic approaches and technology to transform the ways in which learning occurs. This conference will provide an opportunity to share the evidence around implementing innovation and change in midwifery education.
