Gladys Yinusa is a Post-Doctoral Researcher and NIHR DEM-COMM Fellow (NIHR ARC Wessex).

Her research cut across organisational culture, participatory action research and learning to develop practice and inform improvements in health and social care systems.
Through her current research, she is dedicated to facilitating support for family carers and care professionals while promoting optimum food and nutritional care provision for older adults living with dementia at home.
She is a member of the Ageing and Dementia Research Centre at Bournemouth University.
