We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Engineer to join our established Microsoft Infrastructure team. The team is responsible for the on-premises Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, SharePoint, Printing, Server AV protection, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 functionality, Single Sign on Services and many others. Additionally, the Microsoft team provides 3rd-line support to end users, and assistance to our 1st and 2nd line support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, configure, and maintain Microsoft based infrastructure, both on-premises and cloud.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the team’s processes.
- Provide support and technical expertise to resolve Microsoft Server-related issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of delivering enterprise-level, mission-critical information systems in a structured environment, utilizing Microsoft technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding and experience of delivery and management of a range of technologies that are aligned to these areas of specialism.
