Following the government announcement on 17 August that A-level students will now receive Centre-Assessed Grades – grades awarded based on teacher assessment – as their final result, we are still making offers for 2020 entry subject to availability.
We can appreciate that this a hugely unsettling time for those entering university this year. We are doing everything we can to assist those wishing to join us at Bournemouth University this September. If your circumstances have changed as a result of Centre-Assessed Grading, please give us a call on 01202 966777 and we can talk about your options with you.
If you do know your Centre-Assessed Grades and you meet our entry requirements we will be able to make you an offer.
If you don’t know your Centre-Assessed Grades, and would like to consider Bournemouth University, please contact us and we will hold a place for you. The place will be held for you until our formal receipt of your Centre-Assessed Grades.
If we are holding a place for you pending the outcome of an appeal, then please don’t worry, as these arrangements still stand. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss if your circumstances have changed as a result of Centre Assessed Grades.
Similarly, if you have, or are waiting for your BTEC results, or the outcome of a Centre Assessed GCSE grade, please do give us a call to discuss your options.
