The University’s Library and Learning Service (LLS) is seeking to recruit a self-motivated, customer-focused technical expert to manage and develop our digital systems, infrastructure and resources. Working in close collaboration with LLS colleagues, University stakeholders, and external suppliers, you will proactively identify best practice and lead in the development and implementation of library systems, policies and procedures that will enhance user experience.

Additionally, you will be responsible for

the implementation, configuration and development of resource discovery and authentication systems and protocols
developing policies, procedures and staff training relating to digital compliance and data integrity
supporting colleagues with the analysis, evaluation and promotion of digital systems and resources
