We are looking for a Principal Microsoft Developer – CRM to join our established Microsoft Infrastructure team to be responsible for developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics applications for theUuniversity, as its requirements change. Dynamics underpins the Student Recruitment CRM from Tribal and is therefore a mission critical service.

The team is responsible for the on-premises Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, SharePoint, Printing, Server AV protection, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 functionality, Single Sign on Services and many others. Additionally, the Microsoft team provides 3rd-line support to end users, and assistance to our 1st and 2nd line support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with the development of Digital Workplace within SharePoint Modern as part of the Project Team.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to the SharePoint’s processes related to this project.
  • Provide support and technical expertise to resolve issues relating to this implementation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of delivering enterprise-level, mission-critical information systems in a structured environment, utilizing Microsoft technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding and experience of delivery and management of a range of technologies that are aligned to these areas of specialism.
