We are currently in the process of transitioning to a new e-Recruitment system. This means the application process may differ depending on the role you are applying for. When you select the blue 'Click to Apply' button you will either;

  • Be presented with a screen to apply online

  • Be presented with a screen which includes Application forms and Equality Monitoring forms (you will need to download, complete and email your forms to [email protected]. You must complete and submit both the application form and our Equality Monitoring Form in order for us to progress your application.)

We do not accept speculative employment requests or CVs only. You are, however, welcome to submit a CV in addition to your application form or upload one as part of your online application.

BU is committed to providing a safe environment for all students and staff. Our safeguarding webpage contains links to BU's policies and procedures relating to children and vulnerable people which will help you understand the steps we take to ensure safer recruitment.

If you are applying for a role that involves engaging in regulated activity relevant to children, it is an offence to apply if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children. View our Workforce Disclosure & Barring Service Check Policy and our Suitability Statement on the Recruitment and Employment of Ex-Offenders.
