As you begin to reach the end of the academic year, or the end of your time at BU, you may start to think about graduate positions, placement opportunities and part-time jobs. Our Careers & Employability Services are here to help you, even after you graduate – and it isn’t too late to get the support you need.

Drop-in support

Our Careers Zones at Bournemouth Gateway Building and Poole House give you access to CareersBU, faculty placement teams and the Global Engagement Teams all in one place. Drop-in during our opening hours to talk about anything related to your employability and skills – from jobs, career planning, CVs, applications, placements or overseas work and study opportunities. Free career coaching

Face to face and virtual appointments can be booked with a Careers Consultant on MyCareerHub. These meetings can be used to help you to prepare for interviews, consider your career options, offer advice on job hunting and more.

Online jobs board

Search full-time and part-time jobs as well as placement and graduate roles in our online jobs board which is always updated with new jobs and activities to explore.
